Hello from NJ
Hello BP, I am currently a 9-5 slave as some will put it. I have been interested in real estate since I was 19 (first time I read rich dad poor dad). I was always afraid to get into investing because I had so many different bills to pay. Now that I have saved a bit of money I am ready to take the leap.
I have been reading the starting out forum and decided I would like to go with the Wholesaling path. I took the advice from one thread and bought the Vena Jones-Cox wholesaling course on ebay for pretty cheap. I am also reading '5 magic paths to making a real estate fortune'. That is pretty much it about myself. I know a major part of real estate is networking, hopefully BP can help me meet other investors in my area. If there is any advice you would like to give me my eyes/ears are open.
Jermaine
