I enjoy where I work but there is a part of me that needs to become the arbiter of my own financial fate.

Enjoy people and help them succeed and they will return the love.  

I enjoy designing and doing the labor on homes but don't want to get caught up in it if ultimately I'll be taxed to the point of it being pointless.

Also any class recommendations would be great as I need an additional two off campus credits for graduation and I enjoy learning in my free time.Thank you for the guidance!

At that point the possibilities are endless, we have visions of flipping and wholesaling during the school season and enjoying our family during the summer season. 

I live and will invest (at least to start) in Kansas City and the surrounding areas.Let me tell you a little more about myself:I enjoy traveling, watching sports, reading, going on early morning runs, eating healthy and (most importantly) spending time with my family and friends.I'm a big math nerd.

I personally don't enjoy the commute from Caldwell to Boise, but coming from southern California, it may not seem bad to you at all.
