Path to a Residential Real Estate Investment & Development Co
Hi Guys,
I am new to the forums and am currently a 22 year old second semester senior economics major at Willamette University. My goal is to start as stated in the title would be to own a residential real estate investment & development company by the time I am 35 years old. I know this is a long time from now and things change but this is the path I am thinking. I have talked to my Grandpa who I am doing an internship with this summer to get the final credit I need to graduate. I also am doing an independent study in Real Estate Investment as well as writing my Economics undergraduate thesis on the topic.
I was wondering what I should be looking to do in the fall when my Internship is over as well as the steps I would take after that. Also any class recommendations would be great as I need an additional two off campus credits for graduation and I enjoy learning in my free time.
Thank you for the guidance!
