Take those properties and dig in a little deeper.

I understand how the basics of those rules but once you all go deeper into the interest rates I get a little lost in all the numbers.

To dig deeper into that concept I look for at least 3-5 selling points for why  I like the location which can be for different reasons such as....being Close to a good school/ close to desirable locations such as shopping, sports arenas/Beautiful trees/ near transportation/ near hospital.  

Study, listen to BP podcasts, study, read some more and delve into the BP resources/community, also did I mention study?

Basically my daylight basement has it's own entrance and kitchen; need to dig a deeper window well to meet current code for proper egress.
