I've always ran my other businesses with this mentality of building opportunities for everyone involved and have found that has helped me build a strong team due to the mutual trust, respect and loyalty to each other.

Recently licensed broker, working in property management, with a buy and hold mentality. 

It has everything to do with our economy, salaries for the lower income bracket, and a renters mentality.

This has potential to be a big boost for the city and the community revitalizing it in so many ways - a real up and comer.

It also gives you a nice boost if you decide to sell.

Happiness comes from with in and for today I am freaking happy.I think BP stands for Better People because I love how everyone here supports everyone and has a team mentality.
