New Agent Looking for Brokerage

I am a newly licensed agent with a goal to use real estate for investing purposes long term. I would ideally like to work with a brokerage with minimal fees and great training. I am considering KW, Coldwell as well as cloud based options. I realize all of these are vastly different with different offerings to agents. With my long term goal of investment in mind, any advice to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
