If I can get any tips of ways of finding motivated sellers for no money and more creative ways, cause I’m already doing craigslist but it’ll be a tremendous help.

We have seen this option improve cashflow tremendously. 

Since 2020, In two different partnerships, we have flipped over 300 pieces of land either by assignment or taking title/reselling.The market for builders and speculators has fallen tremendously. 

These (3) books helped me tremendously over the past couple years overcome business challenges and help me realize my true potential.

It is my goal to build my portfolio while learning from those within this tremendous industry.
