New to wholesaling !
Hey everyone, I'm new to wholesaling and I've been pretty good into finding information about wholesaling with no money at all. I'm a 20 year old who seem who can't get a job nor to keep one. Planning on going back to school next year but have no money to do so. So I fell into Wholesaling. I know I can make some profit out of it before next year fall semester starts but the only issue I have is finding motivated sellers and actually closing a deal. In my area, I have somewhat fishy to snake like investors who aren't willing to JV. I have the knowledge and I know what Im doing but it's transportation and finding sellers with no money cause I'm broke. If I can get any tips of ways of finding motivated sellers for no money and more creative ways, cause I'm already doing craigslist but it'll be a tremendous help. PLEASE DO NOT POST ANYTHING THAT IS NEGATIVE JUST WANT OTHER TIPS AND ADVICES INTO FINDING MOTIVATED SELLERS. Thanks.
