My name is Logan Brockmeyer. I am 28 years old and purchased my first SF 3 years ago. I bought it because it was cheaper than renting and who doesn't want to own their own home someday. That was the best decision I have ever made. It opened my mind to making money with real estate. At first I was dreaming of flipping houses, but after writing down my list of dreams and goals, I feel renting for cash flow is more my niche. I hope to learn a lot from the members on this site and as I do I hope to share that knowledge with future members.
