You can google "coming recession" and find many Bloomberg, Forbs, etc. articles listing the myriad of reasons we can expect a recession in the next year or two.

I've had a successful career as a luxury car diagnostic technician for the past 20 or so years, which I still currently enjoy and crush daily, however I've realized that it isn't likely I will ever make any more than I currently do.
