Hi @Patricia Yang, couple of thoughts.....1.)

For the government to expect businesses to take financial hits like that, that they are not willing to do themselves just goes beyond the pale for me. 

One of my clients bought a property that was in the over lay in Charlston and I can tell you its a spectacular investment.. basically makes any other kind of buy hold pale in comparison.. as stated tough to find.. but boy is it worth the effort if you like rental income..

I am raising their awareness that they need to consider all factors and not fall into the trap of focusing on only one thing like cash flow.Again, thanks for providing the yin to my yang, as all good discussions need to be strongly supported by both sides.
