Looking at completion in time for the fall semester!

Hello all, I am an architecture student starting my degree path this summer and I am currently scheduling my classes for the fall semester.

I'm on path to start a three semester physical therapy assistant program this May.

I am finishing up my second semester of college and am now on summer break, so I have nothing but time and energy.

I’m concerned because college rentals you pay most up front so about $3k a semester.

Student loans are paid out per semester or quarter and usually paid directly to the college.

I dropped engineering my first semester and am setting my eyes on a finance degree.

First time posting on the Bigger Pockets forums, but I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast all the time when I am in the car and have become really interested and passionate about real estate.I am currently in college as a junior majoring in Mechanical Engineering with about 3 semesters left of school, and I always hear professionals saying that investing in real estate and putting your money to work is a very wise idea.

I am currently on deployment with the US army and plan on returning to the sates right before my next semester starts at The University of Florida in Gainesville.
