Real estate classes at University
Hello all, I am an architecture student starting my degree path this summer and I am currently scheduling my classes for the fall semester. There is a real estate principles class and I'm wondering if anyone here thinks it would be advantageous to take this course? I have a general stop plan for my real estate Journey already and a lot of context just from BiggerPockets as well as other sources books and teachers but I think this class would do a good job of introducing me to the black and white paperwork and details associated with real estate.
I think this would be a good idea as I know in myself that I would probably put off learning the black and white and details and Nitty Gritty of this business first, so having a class that makes me directly focus on it I feel would be a good move for me and I was just wondering if anyone else has some $0.02 on this or if they think this class is unnecessary.
Thank you in advance!
