Career and Financial Advise Needed

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate anyone's advise. I'm on path to start a three semester physical therapy assistant program this May. I originally planned to become a PT but shortened my career after I found about real estate investing last August.  I'm hesitant on whether to become a PT or PT Assistant for financial and personal reasons, and because I'm not sure how that will interfere or help with real estate investing. Is it possible to invest while in graduate school? Would it be better to delay school, build passive income then live off of that while in school, or go through school first and invest years later? For those who went to college, what is your insight on this? Thank you in advance.
