I suggest trying them all, rotating each method throughout your list mailings, and then measure what seems to work the best for you.Your list - I get my lists from Listsource.

My wife is a corporate mucky-muck with a Trust Company and not only was me being gone so much a strain on her, but I wanted to be here for my kid’s baseball games, soccer game, volleyball tournaments etc., so I jumped out in 2012.

She now resides in a condo and it's less of a strain for her but letting a home go to foreclosure when it's avoidable isn't an option I agree with?

Rotate the shower 90 degrees against the wall on the left, flop the toilet to the wall in front of it, and flip the vanity to the wall opposite of it now.

I signed up right out of signing with a broker expecting to get my early leads from this source to get me rolling while i learn the ropes to find leads at a better rate elsewhere... firstly its $250/month for 6 months in my area at least, then to buy a zip code they tell you that they have all these people who are paying $500+ for that zip code to be the top rotation of the group, basicly you are suppose to rotate more frequently as the top of the 3 agents listed for houses in that area.

Our ultimate goal is to relinquish our ties to the house, one way or another, whether that ultimately be through foreclosure, or through some more preferable scenario.I've already come to grips with the hit on my credit / potential hit to assets - it's just more important to get out from under the strain / burden of the situation and move on at this point, than anything else.
