We've discussed it with a few prospective tenants and they seemed genuinely happy about the suggestion.If you want your landlord to start reporting your payments to help build/solidify your credit, I think you should talk to them and see what options they can come up with.  

I'm inspired by pocket communities and small co-housing developments and happy to connect with any others who are seeking to develop more of these.

I am a person to come to for direction, inspiration, and support.

@Christopher Kolasa Hi Chris,He sounds like a genuine fellow, I would just make sure he can still make his payments as you take on this project.

I know this forum is more geared towards genuine investors but having some people that study, think about, and do this stuff on a regular basis give feedback is pretty awesome.
