30 Units In My First Year

Hey Bigger Pockets Community!

I don't know how it has taken me an entire year to get on this forum but here I am! I quit my job to go full time 12 months ago. In my 12 months as an investor, I have completed 6 wholesales, purchased 1 three family, completed my first full gut renovation (closing this month!!! 30% ROI! WHOOO!), and am currently working on 20 units! Some of them we have closed on, some are under P&S, and some are currently being renovated!

Real estate has changed my life and my future personal growth has went through the roof. I've learned so much, met so many great people and built a truly amazing team.

I highly recommend you make the jump if you haven't already! Invest in yourself and commit!
