Are you saying the current property being exchanged has a debt of $200k and you need an additional $200k to purchase the new property? 

Any business could do this with their services and the savings would certainly justify the additional effort.But if you take advantage of the new law, wouldn't the renter do the same?

As someone who used to provide housecleaning services on their own time, in addition to being an acquisition specialist, I'd say if she has written terms for that or a website or service page stating that to agree to pay her.

In addition to submitting your documentation I'd get a plumber to state in writing that the windows being left open is what caused the pipes to freeze.
