I read religiously read Curbed  Philadelphia as it provides the heartbeat for what is happening in this thriving city.

Ideally, I would like to buy a turnkey rental property within the next 1-2 months.I have a religious prohibition against taking on any loans/interest/dealing with banks (I can't use leverage) etc. so I am limited to the 80k in cash that I have.How and where, would the experts on here, recommend I invest my 80k?

With the new tax rules that amount is capped and many people in California will wake up to a very rude awakening in April/May when they expect a tax return payment and instead will be asked to pay additional money to Franchise Tax Board and IRS.With all that I think you would be better off to consider turnkey investments that cash flow from the start in locations with continuing economic and diverse development in more affordable cities and states.
