I am using a variation of this but not handwriting (using a handwriting font) - I'm also a developer by day so with a csv (or any kind of spreadsheet) I am pulling the name from the 'Name' column, if there's a first/last name I strip the last name and lead off with a 'Dear James' or whatever.

I am thinking about, a randomized trial.  1000 yellow letters with MD and 2000 yellow letters without it.Once you start negotiations half of the uniformed contacts should be told you are a Medical Doctor.Profit is probably the most important thing to observe but other results such as... 1)  Call back rates.2)  Number of counter offers.3)  Percentage of increase from original offer to accepted offer.... would be very interesting.PS  Congratulations on getting the MD.

A BPO from a mill is much closer to a full blown appraisal these days.If you are asking the agent to look up a few solds,actives,and expired's and print out a one page form from the MLS then that does not take much time.If you are wanting an interior evaluation with repair estimates and making adjustments for variations in comps to arrive at a more accurate number doing as-is versus arv analysis then that is more like a BPO.In that case the agent should be compensated.
