One of the methods you can use is an (As IS Addendum) or (contingency)  this allows you place an offer sight unseen. this addendum allows a ten day grace period to review the home, contract, price, renegotiate and or step out of the contract.

The rent is greater than my mortgage; therefore, I profit sightly.
