Townhouse buy & hold investment in Laguna Woods.

Purchase price: $148,000
Cash invested: $60,000

55+ community, 2 bed 2 bath , 1200 sf. HOA $650
very desirable community and that generation is financially responsible and units are decently clean upon leaving.

Great people to rent to and the retiring generation is only growing.
