Never able to see a house and put in a offer before it’s gone

Hi everyone, I have been trying to look for investment in possibly flipping or renting a property out to use the BRRRR strategy. However, even though I have been actively looking at properties and deal. It seems that by the time i can get a schedule form the realtor to look at the house ( 2-3 days). The house has already been under contract. The realtor has been pretty proactive but, it seems that it will take at least a day or 2 to schedule an appointment to go see a house.. even though i want to see it the day of or the next day. It's getting to the point where i am considering getting a real estate license to just look at houses quicker...

What area is this post about? It's in the Austin, TX forum.

I would recommending connecting with other investors to figure out how to find off market deals on your own or through wholesalers. Buying from MLS and then doing BRRR or Flips doesn't seem like a good strategy in a hot market.
