I didn't want to rely exclusively on Air BNB for all of my bookings because they have been making alot of changes ( no guest pictures until after a booking, delegating out the superhost hotline to VA's oversees, reports of them canceling host accounts without an explanation).Is there a Short term vacation software that syncs calendars across VRBO/Home Away  AND Air BNB? 

We bought a duplex last year essentially sight unseen but we knew the area very well and had driven that street numerous times.

Also, if you have a loan, you will have a ton of finance fees, but those are standard bank fees.I have numerous settlement statements showing this.

@Francis A. since you live here you know what it is like to be in a city that has a lot of excitement, great weather, numerous companies and the opportunity to make your dreams come true.With these great things comes a high price tag! 

I would recommend reading it as it not only gives you explanations on how to do it but also the risks associated.You cant pull in a partner on an FHA or a 203 loan.
