Pronoun usage, is this okay?

One of my rentals I self-manage has 4 working women in their late 20's on the lease.  Instead of looking up and writing out there 4 first names in every email, when they email me and when I email them do you think its appropriate for me to simply open with:

Hi Ladies, 

Email content...


I don't want there to be any potential for that greeting to appear sexist or overly friendly or anything like that.  Thanks.

I use “ladies” for for females and “gentelman” for males. You know, like the old fashion ”ladies and gentlemen” 

I don’t care if I’m the last one in the world to do it. I’m not caving to this gender neutral “xir” or whatever crap the NPCs are pushing today. No thanks. 

Many of my properties are in a super progressive area of Houston and I’ve never had a problem. We have all types of tenants and we treat them with respect.  As long as you’re not trying to be a jerk about how you address people, IMO you’re fine.
