It's money that I want to preserve and even grow for my kids future.  

We have plenty of land for the kids to run and play and woods behind the house made for hide and seek.  

I don't know if it's cash-flow, net worth, income to contribute to a 529 for your kids, etc. but there's probably something.

I have no doubt that WHEN we become successful, we will pay it forward again and help the next kid like me. 3) Finally, Id love to find a community of people to learn with and share ideas.

The first house we bought, completely fixed up and remodeled and lived in until we found, and could afford something bigger (we have 4 kids so we wanted more space).

Enjoying my life with my wife and kids.

Kids and a wife are both far in the distance for me so I am really locking in and focusing on my goals.

As soon as the kid wakes up, typically between 5:45am and 6:30am my time is not my own.

To elaborate, My wife and I both work full time and have kids at the age that require us to be home with them every day after work. 

And I know families will have kids in school and may not want to buy and move during this season.
