My partner and I have an OOS 14-year-old (2005) townhouse (3/2.5) that we are wanting to sell.

It is in Noblesville, IN (North of Indianapolis)

Are there any local people there know if now would be a good time to try to list this?  OR wait till summer?

I am open to thoughts,

Thanks in advance!

In all Honesty I really like Hamilton County. It has great schools, and a quality tenant pool to choose from. I do think prices are slightly inflated, but where are they not? Even if we took a decent correction, I believe these vinyl villages offering affordable housing and quality neighborhoods would demand tenants.

The biggest thing to worry about in this particular county is increasing property taxes for "non homesteaders". these are what will eat us alive as they are currently doing!
