My first purchase was a 7 unit mobile home park.

In a year or two I was wanting to invest in a mobile home to rent out total investment under 10,000.

I have purchased 3 mobile homes and paid cash.

We were thinking on refinance our mortgage with cash out at a lower rate than the 8.5% -that it is curently at.looking to get 35,000.in order to pay cash for mobile home with 3 lots.then renting it out to own .To son.

But does anyone here rehab mobile homes?

Hi gang, I'm looking at a mobile home park in Arizona.

I have had to leverage some of the equity for medical reasons and am looking at all options available to generate more cash flow.I am currently a Insurance Agent (P&C) for a large auto insurance company.I began my RE career 20 years ago, but life placed that path on hold and have started the process [Again] to get my RE agent license.I am here to gather more information about RE investing, Flipping, Wholesale, Mobile-Home Flipping/Leaseback – I have been intrigued by it all!

I have a motivated seller that is looking to sell his mobile home, and the 1/2 acre of land it sits on;  he owns both free and clear; no mortgage, payments, etc.; It's a nice mobile.

I've been marketing out of state and I can't count how many millionaire mobile park owners I've spoken to who are sitting on a $1-3m mobile home park bringing in $100-500k a year. 

They also have a mobile app that is very user friendly.
