Will financing a new mobile home for @$185k, make it difficult to get a personal loan also?

I just discovered T-Mobile Money which is offering 4% for the first $3000 and 1% for the remaining balance! 

So I can't comment other than at some point soon I would love to explore the STR platform.

Hi All, I am interested in jumping into the world of syndication of mobile home/RV parks. 

As a newbie to the self storage arena, I've been focusing on 50,000 sqft and under - some sort of value add (expansion, improved online platform, insurance, etc.) - priced under $1mm - drive up possibly with some parking - stable or growing population - limited chance of increased competition - good visibility - etc.

Purchase price: $25,000 Cash invested: $25,000 Sale price: $47,500 Bought mobile home on lot for cash.

Which mail marketing platforms are the most effective?

I definitely think my STR exists in another stratosphere relative to my overall experience on the platform as a guest.

Can anyone share their mobile home note agreement or the info on what I should include?
