Hi everyone, starting to think about looking for a beach property that would allow us to spend some vacation time every once in a while. Not sure what the short-term rental market is like in CT Beach areas, in terms of cash flow, regulation, saturation, occupancy /off season opportunities etc. Love to connect with any local str owners /agents etc.. thanks.
