I often get this question from clients who are saving for their down payment and other reserve accounts while they’re looking for the property.

What do I do with the money in the meantime?

Apart from putting it in a regular savings account (now getting .025-.050%) or a bond, there hasn’t been many secure options. I just discovered T-Mobile Money which is offering 4% for the first $3000 and 1% for the remaining balance!

That’s the link for your reference! Happy investing y’all!
