I have been using yellow letters to market to absentee owners and I want to expand my direct mail marketing campaign to owners who have been missing payments and have received a Notice of Default as I believe there is more motivation to sell.I have been using traditional yellow letter message, "Hi I am Robert and I want to buy your house quickly for cash".

ABM Always Be MarketingI've been targeting accidental landlords on Craigslist to see if their interested in selling.This week I've started sending yellow letters (if you enter yellow letters or direct mail in the search bar for several articles and discussions) to expired listings.Next up is a direct marketing campaign to absentee owners.When I run errands I take different routes through my farm area looking for For Rents and FSBOs.I also have a website to direct leads to.

Hey Jason,I just moved from Smyrna/Mableton a few months ago...in my experience, Austell and Powder Springs have some better opportunities (less competition) than Smyrna, though these days, you pretty much need to hunt for off-market deals to find anything where the numbers work.Direct mail worked pretty well for us, as did networking with short sale agents.
