I decided to not give Rich Dad any more Riches to the tune of $65,000 and was lucky enough to stumble upon this group.

As most of you know that Will Barnard and Rich Weese have teamed up and started their own transactional funding.

My friend and new business partner in transactional funding, Rich Weese recently made a post about a success story here on BP where another member was able to complete a deal due to the networking here on BP and due to our services we provide.I would like to expand, yet divert in another explanation and would also like to explain the power of BP Nation and the relationships, business partnerships, and friends it can induce.

Doing transactional funding will be a bit more difficult but talk to Will and Rich to see if they will work something out with you.

One of my favorite motivational sayings is this: The rich act in spite of fear while others allow fear to stop them.This holds true and I have seen consistently that those who allow fear to stop them, never really get ahead.If you are one of the many contemplating some type of real estate investing strategy and have been too scared to start or too fearful of taking action, then you need to realize what is stopping you.

My real concern is that it could be used as a back door way to regulate the internet in that anyone who taughts something as very good and has profited from it could also find themselves under these rules.Such as Nick or Motivated suggesting to others that they use a BP connection such as Will and Rich's.
