Joint Venture Success found here!!!
My friend and new business partner in transactional funding, Rich Weese recently made a post about a success story here on BP where another member was able to complete a deal due to the networking here on BP and due to our services we provide.
I would like to expand, yet divert in another explanation and would also like to explain the power of BP Nation and the relationships, business partnerships, and friends it can induce.
Shorly after deciding to start a new business of funding deals for short sale investors via transactional funding, Rich was also interested in the same. After speaking over the phone, we decided together it would be more advantageous to work together rather than compete for business.
In doing so, we became business partners in a joint business venture which could not have taken place without BP. (Thanks to Josh and company). I will say that it does not come right off the bat, it takes a lot of participation and effort on your part, but the fruits of your labor WILL in fact be rewarded if you apply yourself here.
Rich and I are just another example of how coming to this site and creating business relationships and partnerships is so advantageous, you would be a fool to not get involved.
Rich and I now offer to fund all of the short sale investors here on BP and abroad. We offer competitive terms and service which is second to none - just ask sveral others here on BP about our services.
Last word of encouragement - stay involved here on BP and invite your friends, family, associates, contacts, etc. as the more BP Nation grows, the better it will be for each and every one of it's members! (if this is not a great testimonial, I don't know what is!)
On top of that, I have made some great friends here (you all know who you are!), so thank you Josh for that opportunity as well.
