Yes, he is biased to his company, but they are the gold standard and if one does everything Chris recommends I am pretty sure you will not end up with a bad provider - could still end up with a bad deal though ;) )I am also not an extreme bear or doom and gloom person but I look at the markets and market behavior over time.
