Old Louisville Contractor

Hi everyone. I'm under contract on an old home in Old Louisville and need a contractor to give me an estimate on cost of repairs for several items and then to begin work after closing. There are lots of different types of issues such as a deteriorated chimney, holes in the siding, a hole in a ceiling, and guard rail/deck repairs. Anyone have a recommendation? Thanks very much.
