I love virtually taking walks through the neighborhood with Google Maps, I subscribe to the Wichita Falls online paper, they list Matter of Record like deed recordings with the price paid or what's owed if its a repo, just one more piece to ponder in the puzzle.Also im googling owners names, and I do find out more than I had planned..I do feel like a stalker sometimes..lolAnd It is NOT to late!!!

If it is a vacation rental and its on the water  you may want to consider log cabin style siding for it  - could really make it pop -  perhaps vinyl may be the way to go as specified earlier - it would last long with virtually zero maintenance though it costs a little more up front
