Im a new wholesaler.Please give me a step by step guide of how to wholesale, virtually, from my apartment, without any experience, knowledge, skills, credit or money.

I work virtually and have never been to a closing.

The portfolio is fully tenanted with great cash flow and has a long history of performance with virtually no deferred maintenance.

If it is a vacation rental and its on the water  you may want to consider log cabin style siding for it  - could really make it pop -  perhaps vinyl may be the way to go as specified earlier - it would last long with virtually zero maintenance though it costs a little more up front
