I'll be traveling to FL again in March. 

I'm beginning to understand everything that is involved in Real Estate Investing and am excited to begin this journey to financial freedom.As some background I am a 23 year old auditor and travel a ton!

My business partner works in medical and has quite a few contacts who would love to invest in real estate passively - not in a private lender capacity, but as part owner in a medium to large deal (I know, that's all relative!).

He has his real estate license and has been traveling for deals outside of our city.

     While travelling with my good friend who is a fellow real estate investor, and giving him a hard time for investing in what I considered mediocre returns in his local market, he really one-upped me.  

Got kinda sideswiped by medical things, as well as small domestic issues like babysitting, but in crunch time they can get big kinda fast and hard.

i was thinking about trying to get a FHA loan for my first property however since i'm traveling for work overseas would i still qualify for the 1 year for living there if im technically only there for a few months.i would have it as my primary residence but i wouldn't physcially be there 

But as long as my Bham and Indy guys keep giving me what I need no need to travel to a 3rd market at this time.
