Aspiring REI new to Hawaii

Aloha gang! Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the BP community which I've been a huge fan of. I've been a passive onlooker for awhile now (browsing forums/reading articles) and am excited to learn and share more actively with everyone. My name is Daniel Lee and I recently moved to Oahu from Los Angeles, CA last year. I'm an entrepreneur at heart and have had success on the mainland starting and managing a couple businesses there (non-real estate related). I'm happy to say now though, that I have the time to go full-time into real estate investing. 

I've already met a couple awesome members, namely @Cory Nemoto and @Michael Mazzella. I took Michael's mentorship course and it was one of the best things I could have done for my knowledge and career. I'm looking forward to meeting many more open, like-minded people!

As far as real estate goes, I'll be focusing my attention on SFH wholesaling and rehab projects. I have interest and experience in commercial real estate but that's an area I'm looking at further down the road.
