Any idea what the targets are?

So, using the 1% rule as a guideline it seems that really targeting low cost condos is the way to go.

I'm trying to target houses that people don't want to initially buy, as most folks on bigger pockets are doing (ie. smelly carpet, un-updated kitchen/bathrooms, un-open layout).  

We also send postcards to nearby neighbors.If it's a luxury listing, pay for a spot in a magazine that targets those folks.
