I am looking for a real estate agent who can partner with me as I'm looking to buy a house or condo/townhouse around July 2017 in northern Virginia. I am looking for a real estate agent who is not embarrassed to relay low offers to the sellers' real estate agent (10-20% lower of asking price) and someone who has investing experience and knows the ins and outs of northern Virginia.
