Dube could be persuaded to revise their work.Finally, if you are interested in commercial real-estate (larger apartment buildings, office complexes, strip malls, factories, etc) then "Commercial Real Estate Investing" by the father and son team of Pierre & Claude Boiron, while a little pricey and fairly Ontario centric in its examples and some of its material, is one of the most thorough introductory references you will find.

He does not have turn key's but I think he can add value to your knowledge base + it would be wise to have the knowledge to create your own team when out of state investing because if the turnkey company turns out to not meet your expectations you need the confidence to fire them and build the team on your own as Jordan has.
