Hi BP fam!  I'm new to this whole investing thing (really excited though) and was looking for some help.  When analyzing a deal, where would I go to find accurate comparable rental rates?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi @Lynnette E. -- I typically have the property under contract, and thus approach the conversation from a position where there is a strong possibility of a working relationship.  If you're a serious buyer and have a solid broker/agent relationship, but don't have the property under contract just yet, it can help to have the agent/broker refer you to a PM company.  This helps to establish some credibility to the PM and gets them comfortable with you as a buyer who will be looking to bring on management in the near future.

Hope this helps!
