I got burned once when I called the power company to verify that the new tenant had called to take responsibility for the meter, and was told  "yes, they did call".  

But one simple nugget changed my mind and made me listen and re-listen.For anyone that didn't catch it, he said (back in 2/5/15), and I paraphrase:"Having half the country hate on you is a very powerful thing, if half the country hates you, you can become president!"

It is a fantastic way to build wealth and obtain financial freedom.  

My wife and I are both in our 40's and have decided we cannot wait any longer to build long term wealth, thus we are turning to REI in order to pursue our financial freedom and live the type of life we want, on our terms. 

This job taking up a lot of my time which i would rather be using to get me towards my goal of financial freedom of which real estate investing is my vehicle of choice!

At that time I will most likely sell and take advantage of the equity gained through appreciation for a down payment on a new house-hack that cash flows more efficiently and allows my family more privacy.What I'm looking for now is to network with local or out-of-state (Boise) investors to offer my services in any way that I can so I can better learn the business and expand my knowledge and portfolio.Right now, rental properties appeal to me, specifically multifamily housing that can cash flow.My long term goal is to achieve financial freedom through Real Estate Investing.Thanks for reading, I look forward to learning more and getting to know all of you!

Which invested correctly, leads to financial freedom from the cashflow.I dont know if this the right channel for this type of topic.

I am a newbie trying to get her feet wet and be apart of the financial freedom movement.

For instance if you parent was in a care facility and you were responsible for their contract because they had dementia you would most likely have power of attorney, with that you'd sign your parents name and you be listed as POA.. so you would be authorized on behalf of your parent.
