Hello BP,

I am excited to join the community. I am a newbie trying to get her feet wet and be apart of the financial freedom movement. I am in search of a knowledgeable investment properties real estate agent in the Washington, DC Metro area. Is there anyone out there? I am come with a food invitation in exchange to pick your brain and help.

I have talked to a lender face to face and watched some BP podcasts. Now I want to talk with a real estate agent focused on helping investors. Let me know if your the one. Thanks
