There are many unlicensed brokers promoting "wholesaling" using contracts to circumvent the laws.

So sponsor could make tons still at that level for promote.

There are some turnkey promoters out there who will charge fees, and I'd say stay away from those because it's unnecessary.

An "Under new management" and move in promotion would probably help bring some homes into the park. 

As someone who has listened from day 1 and heard every podcast at least 3 times, I felt like this was a 1 hour promotion.

I have a Marketing background so I understand how important a name and logo are to promoting your brand. 

They built a multimillion business from the ground up and have a fairly diverse portfolio.

If you find yourself continuously having to jump through all kinds of crazy marketing & promotional hoops to find a great tenant, then to me that says that you may have purchased in the wrong neighborhood.
