I know that after I retire from the army my heart will want to do LEO work.... it’s obviously a dangerous job but I know my mind will want to continue serving in that capacity.

I have done one syndication deal ( I am an accreditor investor) a few months ago but I felt I have done the deal mostly because I loved the people who manage it, the goal they are trying to do, the deal felt really close to my heart-  not because of the cold numbers and mathematical reasoning. 

Fear is worrying (maybe rightly with good reason).If you want to limit fear it might help if you can replace that fear with self-confidence (only you know what you will need to do, or learn, or have to accomplish this).Some people cure their fear of financial hardship by deciding to live on whatever money they can get without worrying about it, and some people just go forward in fear (it's called Bravery--but know they give purple hearts to some for it too).Some people fear working hard and not profiting enough from the work (the unknown risk factor) and some fear losing money--either way it's worry....War face: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

As a newbie to RE investing, it can feel a bit intimidating, but exploring the vast wealth of information, stories, and advice here on BP has boosted my optimism and confidence.

My dad had a heart attack 2 years ago and last month his physician denied him permission to get back to work (truck driver).Now as far as our mortgage goes, I remember that in our contract there was a part where it asks us to occupy the house for at least one year. 

I'm completely new, but I have a lot of heart, passion, and drive! 

I would love to meet as many rockstar lenders you can throw at me at the moment, and hopefully be able to mutually boost your and their business on all my future ventures!

Networking in person is a whole different experience and really boosted my journey.
