Am in need of ur help guys.Am a finalist student (with a bachelor degree) who needs to undertake research basing on real estate but I don't know how I can get a title for my research.

@Matt R.Our own furnished rentals are aimed at students and academics (post docs) and are generally for a term (4-months) or longer, however another landlord here in town provides "Executive rentals" - furnished along with dishes, towels, sheets, etc and he takes a full months rent (the maximum under law here) as a security deposit.

(I'm not doing that)They are getting mostly med. students and traveling doctors through networking with hospital. 30-60 day stays that just wanted relaxation and out of the hotel.Small town is 7min away and most restaurants are 15-20min.It is not a great market for vacation rentals, so I'd like to get a good enough kitchen to be able to have 6-12month leases if needed.I found a little extra space under the stairs to put a 28" wide 14 cubic foot fridge, so I have more space than I originally thought.

I've been in executive management all of my post-college career (I was a late student (30), having served in the military and had "real jobs" in between and during college, ) and I have never considered it my job to do everything at the firm.
