Hi all!  I've been on BP for a few years now, and I am finally making my first post.  I'm a huge fan of BP, and I think this site is the greatest tool any investor or real estate student could ever have.  I listen to Josh and Brandon ALL THE TIME on the podcasts.  Thank you to Josh, Brandon, and the rest of the BP team.  It is truly appreciated.

About me: My name is Bryan.  I started my real estate investing in 2003.  I currently own 7 buildings/15 residential rental units in Milwaukee, WI and I am in the process of acquiring another unit/single family home before 2015 ends.  I also own a small property management company that manages approximately 50 units.

My purpose with real estate is to create passive income that keeps me and my family financially free and out of the "Rat Race."

I will try to contribute more to the forums, now that I have finally made my introduction.  Feel free to contact me.  I'm always interested in connecting with new people.

Thanks for reading.

Best to you all,

Bryan

Welcome @Bryan L.! Glad to hear you have a great start already and best wishes on getting out of the Rat Race. Can't think of much of a better reason to get into real estate than that. Keep chasing your dreams!
