I lived right down the street from this property.

You've got Fannie Mae over here, the true (ie, not backed by Wall Street) hard money lender over there, and scant in the middle. 

Wall Street is a rigged Casino but its the only game in town so everyone plays it.

Unless the property is across the street from Disney World....but these days you might even get a bargain there.Best wishes!

I just paid $5k two years ago but we didn't have to tap into the street. 

A couple sites seemed to have slower street traffic for a couple weeks, but starting to pick up again now it seems.
